Imagine a world where you get paid for telling your friend about a great product that you use...for example you use a great anti-virus program and you tell your friend about it, if your friend buy that product the program manufacture will pay you commissions for that sale that you just made for him.

Well...This is kind of business is quite common actually...you just need to know where to look.

In an affiliate marketing you get paid for referring consumers to a company that provides a certain product. There are several types of commissions:

The person who referred the consumer to the company will get commissions from the company-for example For every sale that the company makes thanks to your help you get 10% of the sale, or for every lead (a possible consumer) you will be paid $50 from the company.

This is a great benefit both for the company who provides the products, and to the advertiser (you)- the company spares the money for advertising the product (instead they pay you commissions), and you get paid just for your recommendations.
